Maybe cruel but very very funny!
I work in a secondary school and wear 3 wigs and headscarves according to my mood. Some year 7's stopped me and asked if I had a twin who worked at the school as there is someone who looks like me but with different hair. I laughed and said I wear wigs. They wouldn't believe it and a particularly cheeky one said prove it then, take it off. So I did! Their faces were a picture, chin's hitting the floor doesn't cover it. I said was that ok and they said yes miss and sheepishly walked off. It was very very funny!

I just checked out your pictures and your wigs are sooooo lovely. It is nice to be able to change your wig to suit your mood. ;) Thanks for sharing the funny story.

I love how going with the moment can be so funny & liberating. I'm pretty sensitive to cruel, and don't see how this would be in that realm.

Great story! I have gone back and forth between long and medium length wigs, and most people haven't noticed. I mean, if you go from chin-length to long hair, it's obviously a wig or extensions. I wonder if people think I wear wigs and just don't say anything, or if they really are oblivious to my hair situation!

Thanks guys for the comments. Saw the cheeky boy yesterday and he apologised, said he really didn't think it was a wig! Looked very sheepish bless him.
