I can vouch for this! I worked with Karen in Chicago and she is truly a wonderful, kind woman (who also has AU)....I reached out to her and two days later was sitting in her kitchen (hrs before she was leaving for a vacation in san fran!). If anyone has questions about the experience or Freedom Wigs vs. Peggy Knight purchase process let me know (i have two pieces, one ordered thru Peggy Knight and the other directly through Karen--a Freedom Wig rep).

Thanks loads for your affirmation. Evidently the new measuring tech. is an improvment over molds. Also the base now allows water read:sweat evaporation. How would you compare with your Peggy Knight.Enjoy your evening. Joan
