Do I need to reveal my AU from the company or agency that i'm applying for to work to other country ? I need some advice...tnx!

Hello my fellow alopecians, I need some advice about my future plans.I'm planning to apply for abroad because I want to earn more money to help my family and also myself. And I don't know if I need to reveal my condition. I'm thinking that if I'm going to reveal it, they might reject me and I think I will be very devastated if that will happen. So I really need your advice. By the way I'm wearing a full lace wig and I still not ready to uncover myself with it. And if ever I got approve or chosen, by the time I start working and they found out about my AU. Can they deport me, because of not telling about my AU? I really need some advice guysss! I'm scared to go to other country but I need too. I want to prove something that even if I'm like this. I still can do what any other normal people can do or much even better. And If ever they decide to terminate me can I appeal for discrimination? There are a lot of things running through my head and I don't know if I'm going to pursue it or not.Thank u so much guys in advance for your time, advice and suggestion. Have a nice day! :)

I am excited for you to be brave and going abroad it will be a big change but will be fun. Your AU has nothing to do with your work performance a good company would not terminate you for having AU. Its up to you if you reveal you have AU, I know you may be nervous moving but don't use AU as a excuse for stopping what you really want to do.

Hi Charlotte, I am living in France and I applied for an internship for my current vocational training as import-export assistant in Germany. I sent my CV without any photo... Next week, the work placement will start and I wonder how they will react. I will not wear a wig, just a cap if the weather is cold... In my job I do not really have customers relations, so my bald head should not influence at all the decisions to hire me. And if it would, I think we definitively did not match.

Hi, I live in New york, I took my wig off and to be honest no one really cares. My work has nothing to do with my hair. If you work well they will keep you. I am sure you will prosper in your new life! Its up to you if you hide, but think if you want to be you and free you should let it be known about you... when you fell comfortable. It shouldn't play a factor in getting a job or not. AU is not a reason to disqualify you from anything. To be honest I don't think I would want to work with people who thought AA was a problem.
