yessss!! FUZZZ!!!

Haven't been able to see a dermatologist, cause he KEEPS CANCELLING ON ME! UGH!

If you are ever in Newfoundland, do not EVER go to Dermatologist Dr.Tomi, he apparently has a history of cancelling on his patients ALL the time! Other clinics and doctors actually GUESSED his name when I said my doc keeps cancelling! pathetic! Maybe he has a legit reason but still frustrating for his patients...

I am trying to see another one...so hard to book an appointment with specialists :-(

While I've been waiting, I decided that I needed to take things into my own hands and I'm happy I did cause I saw brand-spanking-new baby hair fuzz on my spot! (im still going to see a derm for sure and get blood work done)

Here's what I did:
-Switched from Nights to Days
-Take vitamins, eat my veggies and fruits
-Massaged with castor oil and black cummin seed oil (only got a chance to do this once!)
-MEDITATE: I literally attempt to talk to my subconscious self and command the growth of hair. If it worked or not, I dont know for sure. All i know is that through meditiation, I have helped myself not feel stressed out about this as much as I did 20 days ago. Everything in my body is happening because my brain in sending the signals, and my brain is ME...just a matter of conscious me vs. subconscious me..but still ME!

I AM THE MASTER OF THIS MACHINE! I AM THE COMMAND CENTRE!
