Tattooed Eyebrows – Hair Strokes or Not

I am thinking about getting my eyebrows tattooed on and I meet with a person at a salon where I live. I liked her a lot and her portfolio she showed me looked great. The one thing I asked her about was hair stroke tattooed eyebrows. She said that she does not do the hair stroke technique for permanent tattooed eyebrows. Does anyone have any information on the hair stroke technique? The lady I meet was really nice and I liked her portfolio but I just want to get any information before I do this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

Hello, pls read my profile, I am a UK based Tech. Hairstrokes have been around for some time, they are something that I do quite often. My advise would be to go to someone who does and can do this.

Dependant on the shape of the face, this can be better for some people and the powder brow may also be better for others. Choosing between a hairstroke brow and a powder? I would look at lots of factors, skin tone and all sorts of things, but and its a big BUT..... the most important thing in the decision is "how you like to wear your brows".

If you like a nice full looking bolder brow (I am not talking colour) the powder is for you. I have done hairstokes on some people and when they have came for there retouch (this should be free, and must be done within 12 weeks max) they have pencilled over my work! I have then gone over and created a nice power for them, as some people do change there mind and like them a little stronger, just like when they first left the salon.

Also ask them how many people they have done with alopecia, as this can be a big factor. that I can explain if you want.
