- I have not been diagnosed with it yet but, from researching on the internet, I'm sure I have frontal fibrosing alopecia. My hairline (almost overnight, it seems) has receded about an inch and a half on the front and sides of my head. I made an appt. with a dermatologist, but cannot get in for three mos.
