I too have Alopecia and lost all my hair at a later age, 68, I will be 70 at the end of the year. I think what helped is that I was able to regrow eyebrows and eyelashes. These meant the most to me. It was my eye doctor who saw the start of lash regrowth and wrote a prescription for the generic form of Latisse. My dentist that had cancer told me to use it on my eyebrows also. I was encouraged that hair would grow. I do have almost full brow hair and lashes now and this must be used forever. Insurance does not cover this but I used Good RX.
