Since AA is an autoimmune disorder, rosemary shampoo will not be a remedy. But alopecia is unpredictable  -- it can come and go, so there's a chance your daughter's hair will grow back and never fall out again. If not, take heart because a lot of research is being done and I predict a viable treatment within the next few years!
