- I am a norwegian girl and have had alopecia since I was 8-9 years old...
and I am still happy and smiling:) I do not wear a wig, but like that. Alhough I can feel a little "alone" with my situation so I would love to meet others with alopecia..

Bald versus wig!

I have, for the first time, bought a wig I like and are comfertable to wear... but it is not as easy as that:)
I have had alopecia for 20 years and have never worn a wig before for more than a coupl of seconds. Ofcourse I have tried some, but never started using it. I have actually been very proud of that. I go out bald without any stuggle or feeling ashamed. I went through my teens and my early twenties bald and proud of it:) And now I see all the beatiful people in the same… Continue

- Hi Silje,take it one day at a time, you will get used to the wig, maybe you should try a liner or wig cap as well.
Please let me know the colour & stlye, have some fun with it ,try using some makeup & maye not wearing glasses,too.
You can a lot of fun experimenting with how you look.
