I am 5 months pregnant and want to know was anyone bald before they got pregnant and then there hair grew back? I notice a little fur all over my head which causes my scalp to itch...I was pregnant 6 years ago and right after I had the baby that is my first diagnosis with alopecia...Should I just shave off the fur and keep it moving? Talk to me!!!!

I started with AA at the age of 28 and at 34 I have AU. I think alot has to do with stress and all the things I have done to my hair I just graduated from Cosmetology School and looking forward to visit state board soon.. I have two beautiful kids that I love very much..Alopecia world is very refreshing to me I am so glad I found it, it is comforting to finally relate to other people with my condition. I have cried and laughed, I have never really reached out like this but I am so glad I did....Sorry if I am too excited...

Sometimes I feel on top the world, confident and great with looking different, but sometimes I feel too different and people are looking at you like you have the nerve to look the way you look. I wonder are the people around me that are suppose to be my friends and associates are they really? Are they talking and laughing at me behind my back?
