my pattern started out similar to yours about 4 years ago,
then turned into ophiasis pattern around nov 2009, then alopecia totalis last month, and now i have alopecia universalis!
no hair anywhere including my nasal cavity!
i can count how many hairs i have on my head now...
but you know what, im getting used to it, and this site really helped me see that there are others going thru the same sorta things...
