- I'm a 47 year old woman. I'm finding my hair loss very difficult to cope with. I've always had long, thick hair and have now probably lost 50% or more.
I'm an avid hiker and runner, my dog and I go out trail running most days. I love running; it's good mental therapy for me. I'm also a book addict - I read, read, read! I love to write as well. I'm really interested in nutrition and I'm trying to improve my diet, organic non GMO etc., although it's always a battle for me. I have been a vegetarian for many years and I love a glass (or two!) of red wine in the evening.
I've got two teenagers, and a supportive partner, a steady job. Overall I'm pretty lucky; this has been an unexpected blip in my road I guess.
