Hello all,

It's been awhile since I've been on here...I have been growing my hair back since Feb 2011 and finally am just below chin length. It's kind of crazy that I'm not surprised when I look in the mirror anymore (it was quite the transition when I first put away my wig and attempted a pixie cut).

I guess I'm just scared-

I'm afraid to change anything- my diet, my shampoo, medications...anything that could cause a relapse.

As dumb as this may sound, I wonder if I will ever get up the nerve to change my facebook picture. To backtrack, I am now on day twelve my new "pixie cut" post wig hairstyle with two 1.5 bald spots, one above my left ear and one on the ride side of my lower neck area. Thankfully I have a great hairstylist who styled it so that you can't tell, I am extremely thankful for her :)

It appears that 24 will be the most memorable birthday of my life. I have been growing out my hair since February and finally decided to "take the plunge" with a pixie cut.
