- Hi there my name is Ingrid and since 2004 suffer from Alopecia Universalis. Each day I wake up wanting to have my hair back; In the meanwhile I just go about and try living as normal as possible.

- Hola Ingrid, eres una chica muy wapa y te ves muy bien sin peluca,, person me llamo beatriz castillo, vivo en la R. mexicana, tengo 31 años y desde los 3 meses de bebe tengo universal, mi etapa dificil fue de pequeña , ya que no entendia nada del porque yo era diferente a los demas niños, cuando creces medio vas asimilando las cosas y terminas por entender que si bien el pelo nos hace vernos mas lindas piues no nos impide tener una vida plena en muchos aspectos, yo utilizo una peluca para mis actividades laborales,, pero cuando noo estoy de trabajo disfruto mucho sin utilizarla,, por aca espeor nos estemos viendo,, cuidate mucho y hasta la proxima

Growing some hair on your chin huh? Me too.....Actually I have been growing quite a bit of hair all over. Today is day 7 without a shave to see what I have vs not have.....Looks okay but I hear the electric rasor calling....

- Getting to the point where I am going to have to wear a wig after struggling with AA for over five years. I am finding it very difficult to make this transitition and it seems like every wig does not fit well and is very uncomfortable to wear. Any tips or guidance for this?

you obvioulsy speak spanish? yo tambien, soy de nueva zelandia pero vive en Peru para un ano, estaba diagnosticada con la alopecia alla (hace dos anos, tenia 16 anos) y todavia se queda. claro que no me gusta pero cada dia intento a descubrir algo bueno sobre la alopecia y aveces funciona! jaja
