yeah defo a rollercoaster, that must have bn really hard to deal with panic attacks, ive only ever had 1 and that was very scary, its gd they've calmed down tho,
yeah regrowth is gd but i read on peoples comments few months ago that they had the same they called it peach fuzz and they had that for yrs, so still tryin not to get to excited incase thats wat happens, i didnt shave it yesterday had no time, so might do on my day off,
go onto to a page called alopecia uk there is a support group in birmingham look into it and see where abouts, edinburgh is fab altho gets borin wen u actually live here, xmas is nice love goin to town then but im afraid i stay away from the town wen i can, to crazy at times,

yeah im doin ok, im the same i do ok for a bit then something makes me sad and then i think how sad id be if i have to wear wigs for life, but then again im not ill so keep tryin to tell myself that, im tryin to start up a support group in edinburgh as there isnt one, just tryin to find somewhere to go and that would be free, not sure wats gonna happen with it but would be great to meet other people who are going thro the same thing and that we can all talk about it and not be embarrassed,
