- About Me:
- I have alopecia since age 13. It began as areata and developed to universalis three years ago. It was hard, but I was lucky because I have my family and close friends who help me a lot.
In certain situations, having alopecia affects me (especially in Brazil, where people usually mocks those who wear wigs), but then I think that it is not a serious problem and others' opinions should be irrelevant.
Is cliche, but the important thing is who I am.

Insecurity

Now in the middle of the year I'll move from town to start college to study psychology. I must admit I'm insecure about the new people I'll meet and their comments, mainly because of being away from the comfort of family and friends.
But I think it will be a good experience for my personal growth. I hope everything goes well.
