I do not know of the shop you mention, if you have a standard size head it is easier to get pre-made wigs. I go through Debbie Fuller (fuller hair) for a custom made wig (suctions to head) because my head size is smaller than normal…

Thanks for writing a post. Yes I am wearing a wig from Fuller Hair. They scan your head and than make a suction fit wig that I can swim in or what ever. Even a hairdresser doesn't seem to know the difference. They last a good 4-6 yrs if you are…

Colleen, yes alopecia is an auto-immune disorder that can be triggered by things like hormones, illness, allergies and stress.

- Divorced; one child (a boy born Sept 26, 1990) who has Emanuel syndrome that is a condition with an extra chromosome 22 with a tail of a chromosome 11 attached to it. This has caused my son Aaron considerable physical and mental delays. During my divorce I began loosing patchy portions of my hair, which has since grown back and fallen out again. I now wear a vacuum wig sold through Fuller Inc. that I am ever so pleased with... comfortable and secure - it feels and looks natural. I can do anything I want to do except sleep in it as that causes unnecessary hair damage.

I agree, the custom wigs are better but of course I don't wear those to the gym or out walking in the rain!
