- My name is Christine, I am 47 years old, married for 16 years and have 3 lovely daughters. I was diagnosed with AA in June 2009 after losing most of my hair within weeks. I enjoy watching films, walking and going out with friends, my animals, have so many things I like doing and can't fit it all in.... Re-growth

I have been growing very fine white hair on my head for a couple of months now, but have noticed over the last week or so more dark hairs coming in, esp on the top of my head. Trying not to get too excited by this as I know it can all go again very easily !! Not sure what to make of it, although, reading Jeffrey's post about 2 of his friends re-growing their hair, maybe its a step in the right direction. Havn't noticed anymore eyebrows coming through !!

My sistuation at the moment is pretty good. I would say I am about 75% regrowth. Mostly dark with some white patches which I cover with a little powder and then wash it out each night.

Is the house painting all done? Bet it looks great! We have a rainy day here again... but at least it cools us down ... so it's not so bad. Kind of a nice break.
Well the wedding dress shopping went well... my friend found a dress... at the FIRST place we stopped! Imagine that! Next we have to find a maid of honor dress for me... not really looking forward to anything that puts me in front of a three way mirror!!!!! :)
The steroid creams work great for me so I hope Nikki has the same result!!! Sorry she is having a tough time sleeping - is it all stress related? I'm sure having her friend around helps take her mind off of everything!

This weekend -- well I badly need to work around my house!! Both the yard and inside -- but I am procrastinating!!! :) Also - a friend of mine is getting married and we are going to lunch and look at wedding dresses! There is a Holistic fair this weekend up in PA - only about an hour drive that I really want to go to tomorrow.... may drag my sister to that! haha!
