Hello! I have alopecia areata and right now what's left of my hair is a sort of mohawk!
I am curious though, have any other alopecians experienced hair loss like me? It started around my ears and gradually progressed upwards and around the back.

Going to university

I am starting university this year and living away from home and my parents for the first time in my life. Although excited by this prospect I am also incredibly nervous. I have had AA for over 8 years but this past year it has got a lot worse and I have lost 75% of my hair which has forced me to start wearing a wig.
