- Hi - for the last 30 years have had AU and wore a full wig all those years - now decided to "go topless" and its amazing how liberated I feel! I wish I had done this sooner - wearing a wig can actually INCREASE stress levels! Nobody gives me second look now!

They are easy to buy on line - I got some at headcovers.com and also at beauti-full-brow.com, which I like a bit more because they have a few sample sheets (sheets with different shapes on them) so you can figure out what works best. They're easy and pretty good looking - sometimes I'll brush on a little powder because they can be just a bit shiny (funny how I've become a makeup artist AFTER the age of 45!).
