About Me:
My name is Alex. I am 16 years old. I got diagnosed with alopecia areata about 4 years ago. At first, I lost all my eyelashes. I went to the dermatologist and they were not worried about it at first. Then, the next few months, both my eyelashes and eyebrows were gone. The doctors diagnosed alopecia areata. Within the next year, I was starting to loose hair on my head. I have not gone completley bald yet, and hope not to. All I can do is continue to pray and hope that my hair grows back.
