I've been reading and hearing more and more about raw diets--consisting of uncooked fruits and vegetables only--completely reversing a ton of health problems. - I did a candida cleanse for 3 months and I never felt so great in my life. I strongly believe I have leaky syndrome. My chronic ear, tonsil infections and strep throat (four years of it) disappeared. My psoriasis disappeared while on the clease but came back 6 month later. My hair stop falling but hasn't grown back. Although, the last 7 months seems to be getting thicker. I am currently taking coconut oil and apple cidar vinegar (not in combination) not sure if theirs any correlation. My diet has change since by candida cleanse (five years ago) I only eat organic, no gluten, no dairy, no meat (once in a blue moon ). I've been thinking on going on a raw diet as well. I guess the best thing to do is to reach for a healthy body and healthy mind. The body is a miracle and has the power to heal itself, we just need to find the trigger:) Honor the mind, body and spirit.
