The bald patches extended to both sides first, then the crown etc. all went with the scarring phase. So now I am completely bald. My eyebrows are now almost gone as well. I heard the shots work well on these, so I may ask for shots.

Just wondering what your Doctor told you in terms of a prognosis? If you got the condition during the cascading phase, you may just have the one area and that's it. Has your hair stopped shedding at the same borders?
My Derm told me about a new treatment - I also have scarring alopecia and she thinks this will work..so I will keep you posted. I will hear from her in a week or so once she has the formula down..
