Sorry to hear you were recently diagnosed with alopecia, I know it is a hard pill to swallow but it becomes easier with time and a lot of support! Fortunately, you are DEF in the right place if you are looking to find others who can relate and know EXACTLY how you feel. AW, has some great people on it ans they are more than willing to answer Q's, share their experiences or just listen to others vent!
