hey! So I'm I'm 28 with AA. I've had it for 8 months now. I have had is previously during my uni days due to stress. But after a year it got better, and it was only 1 big patch. This time round, I have like 12 patches all over my head, which is heightening my anxiety a little bit. Just as you think it's stopped falling out. You see a new one every other week!!! How is that meant to help my stress levels. The initial reason why I was stressed and triggered off my AA, has resolved. And my stress is actually my AA now. It's like a viscous cycle! I'm actually a dermatology nurse, and you'd think I'd be more understandable of the feeling I may feel. But I'm only human! So I'd thought I'd come here, to actually talk to the beutiful people that suffer from this as well
