    Thanks for the info Rob.
    I currently take a multi Vitamin that has 100% of the Iodine but not from kelp. i also take biotin as well like 1000% of daily requirements. I'll look for the kelp iodine.

    I had my thyroid and antibody testing for lupus when I had my onset of alopecia. Thankfully both were negative. I hope these supplements work for you!
