Hello everybody :)!
I'm looking for different natural ways to regrow hair. I would like to share with you some recipes for home made remedies. These are popular in my country but because some of them contain very strong or even poisonous herbs please be very careful if you decide to try it and maybe contact your doctor for advice on using these.

Rp1:
Pour 200 gr. olive oil on 100 gr. chopped burdock(Arctium lappa L.) roots and leave it for 24 hours.
After this percolate the liquid and cook it in water bath for about 20 min. Leave it to cool down, percolate again and put on the scalp and wet hair. Put a warm towel on your head for 2 hours. After that rinse well without shampoo.
Be aware that your hair will become very greasy .Be aware that burdock is poisonous!!!!

Rp2:
Pour 500 ml water and 500 ml vineagre on 100 gr snipped nettle leaves. Boil for 30 min and percolate. Wash your hair every day with the liquid for 10 days. It is preferrable not to use any shampoo during this treatment course.

Rp3:
Shred 2 onions and soak in 300 ml strong alchohol(vodka, whiskey, etc.). Store for 10 days. After that percolate and put on scalp in the evenings and rinse in the mornings. Do this procedure every other day.

Rp4:
Boil 10 gr chopped burdock(Arctium lappa L.) roots and 10 gr ivy roots in 500 ml water for 15 minutes. Leave it to cool down, percolate and put on scalp. Rinse after 10-15 minutes. Repeat 3-4 times a week. Be aware that ivy and burdock are poisonous!!!!

I will try to translate more recipes these days and post them here.
If any of you has some recipes that helped them please share them here.

And....Has this worked for you???

Hi, well...I haven't tried every recipe but I use burdock+ nettle roots+ MSM for 5-6 months and I do have new hair ot top of my head. It is about 1,5 inch now and I really hope that it will stay on my head and continue to grow. It is not thick or something like that but is hair, so I think that the answer is Yes.

This is great! Thank you for sharing these recipes Angua!
