Bonjour Carol,
Hello everyone!
I made it to the NAAF conference (see my blog about it!) I had a wonderful experience. It would be nice if we get one in Canada as well.... just top of my head: to have it coincide with a Canadian dermatology congress (I'm sure there is one) could be nice as well... we could may be piggy back with them to get rebates on rooms, facilities for speakers, ect... Who's gonna take the lead with it?

Hey my fellow Canucks. I'm from Calgary and I've had Scarring Alopecia for the past couple of years now. Does anyone else have a scarring type alopecia? Its no picnic !! :)

Hi Frank and fellow Canadians,
I am a newbie to all this . My hair started falling out 6 weeks ago and is progressing quickly. I haven't told many people and I am waiting to see what happens. After I realized it wasn't a serious illness, I tell myself that its not so bad. Isee a lot of people got it as children or very young adult and that is a lot tougher to deal with. Life is not fair.
I want to be strong for my kids but its hard losing your hair. I was very attached to mine :>) It is so great to be in contact with all of you!
