Loss of one eyebrow/eyelash

I've had one eyebrow and eyelashes on one side for a few years now with no sign of growing back.  I've tried penciling it in to match my other one but it just looks too fake.  A pencil can't match real hair.  Plus I'm not able to wear mascara or eyeliner.  Anyone have experience with this.  What kind of options do I have?
