Hello Louise,
So sorry to hear that you've had horrible things happening to you. I do hope life is being kinder to you now. We all know what it's like to have horrible things happen to us so I'm sure we all understand.

I really don't believe that any of us here feel you have to be here for us to talk.

Being open, honest and direct is not what I would term being negative. There's nothing wrong with any of us airing how disappointed and frustrating it is to be promised something such as the map and then not have it work and not being able to make contact with the person responsible for that. On the other hand we all get bogged down with life from time to time.

Hopefully you'll be able to hang around more so we can all get to know you better and you us. Hope this little note finds you in a peaceful place.
