It's Hair Loss Support At Its Best™
I have tried the steroid shots in the head and they didn't work at all. Last week I started the topical DCP therapy. Has anyone tried this? All I know right now is it burns extremely bad. I'm so tired of doctors.

Permalink Reply by JB on January 29, 2012 at 11:44am I have decided to stop my treatments. They need to up the potency but cant because it induces the awful migraines i agree suffer from and cause my seizures to be worse. I am feeling awesome about this decision! I have decided to go bald everywhere and it is awesome! I cannot explain the recent clarity i have had about me and this disease! it is soo amazing!
Permalink Reply by Rose on February 1, 2012 at 3:32pm Hi - i have been offered this treatment by by dermatologist and am in two minds whether to put myself through it or not. I do not like the sound of the blistering weeping scalp....how would I wear my wig for a start...i am in Scotland and have been offered it on the NHS - I need to agree to attend once a week for 6 months. I lost all my hair in the space of a few weeks last october, and although I have to some extent come to terms with it now, I am still in some disbelief about what has happened....
I need to make up my mind before I go back for my next appointment in a couple of weeks.
