Seeking Advice

Hello, i'm 33 i have had alopecia areate for  over ten years. I'm looking to see a doctor but my medical access is limited so if any one could me advice on what kind of doctor i should see first A dermatologist or a regular doctor or get blood work done or something.

Any advice would be extremely appreciated Thanks very much
