After 16 plus years of remission from AA, I was slammed with AU last fall. Lost every single hair on my body, my eyelashes, in my nose & in my ears; learned to deal.

Now, all of a sudden, I have started regrowing the fine white hair I've seen mentioned here a lot. But, not regrowing in the usual places one would think. I'm only getting sparse hair on my upper lip and chin - the area that as an older woman we try to keep plucked and clean.

I know every case is unique, but really, ain't that a twist?
