Looking for non-toxic hair dye for my fuzzy white hair

I've had some regrowth for the last 6 months but it's mostly white hair with some darker ones coming in. It looks really funny because the roots on the back of my head are dark with a white layer of fuzzy hair over it, but the top and front is still white fuzzy hair.

I would like to color it one color but I am afraid of using permanent dye with chemicals. God forbid, I don't want to trigger anything and get the fall out process started again.

Does anyone have any recommendations for some natural non-toxic hair dye that is safe to use?
