Hello. My name is Rikki and I am 35 years old, I was first diagnosed with alopecia areata on may 18th of this year. Since then, I have had a newer diagnosis of alopecia universalis... all I want to know is how long from diagnosis to complete hair loss do I have?

Hi Rikki, unfortunately there is no definite time-frame for how things will progress for an individual. Every case is unique - some people it can be really fast and some people can take longer. Only time will tell how you'r path will continue.

Apologies if this is not the answer you hoped for. This is sadly a condition where questions never truly get a full confirmed answer a large majority of the time.
