Newbie questions

Hi, i’m considering getting a hair piece for guys.. and just had some general questions, does the hair piece require washing everyday ? Do I have to take it off everyday ? Can I wash with it ? Basically want to know the ease of use of having a hair piece. Also do they make hair pieces that cover the nape area of the hair for guys  ?

Hi, My son has worn a hairpiece for 8 years. We ordered one from a company called The Wig Company.We had to order a women's short Wig. Because it was way to expensive to buy a men's. We had it trimmed arou ms the back and feathered around the top to look natural(for a men's look).We wash the hairpiece once a week usually on Friday evenings.You will need to purchase shampoo and conditioner specifically made for synthetic hair pieces. The Wig Company sells both. The hairpiece will keep its shape at least 2 years with proper maintenance... Then it starts looking at little fuzzy at the top. The Wig Company is reasonable priced for the most part.Sometimes you may not find a style suited for a man..but if you can..get a short style you could get it trimmed to fit your taste. Good Luck
