need help preparing for Medical review with insurance so they will allow Xeljanz

Hi- I am new to site, but have been reading posts for a while.  Wondering if anyone has advice on how to prepare for review meeting with insurance company coming up at end of month. We have been working on getting my daughter approved to take Xeljanz but have been denied up to this point. I realize it is difficult but feel that we have to go through this so we can know we did all we could.
