My sons half brother has alopecia from his dad. Can my son develop it at some point too?

My biological son is two and his brother is nine, my wife's ex had alopecia this why her son has it. Is it possible For my son to develop it from his brother or his mom?my wife's family doesn't have any one with the diagnosis just her ex husband.

Most types of alopecia are thought to have a genetic component.  You cannot "catch" a gene or a genetic trait from a sibling.  Alopecia is not contagious.

Overall, you really shouldn't worry about it.
