My first bald pic

Hello fellow Alopecians! This is the first picture I have taken without hair and the first time I am exposing myself to the world...Without Hair! Please let me know what you think and also how you have faced the outside world... leaving your wig at home! Thanks !

You look great. Check out my picture. I've gone without the wig for about ten years now. I'm much more comfortable this way. Yes, many people ask me if I have cancer, but it just takes a couple of sentences to set them straight. This isn't THAT weird a look. There were two bald women on one of the talent shows recently. Rock on, sister!

I dread being asked if there's something medically wrong with me, and I'm glad I'm not the only one! You are beautiful, I hope I grow up to be a beautiful and bald woman as yourself!

Because I have alopecia universalis, I went to a top permanent cosmetics clinic in Toronto and had eyebrows tattooed (too chicken for the eyeliner!). It cost about $800, but was well worth it.

You look positively stunning! I have been facing the world "sans wig" for almost 2 years now. I actually prefer going bald than with a wig. I say if you've got it, rock it sister!

I never faced the outside world without "hair"...but if I looked like you, I probably would! You look beautiful.
