I am totally bald I am trying to figure out how to wear my makeup. I am ver fair skinned and 59 years old. What if I think I need foundation how do I do that now that I'm bald ??? Where do you stop with the foundation ???

I would suggest going to a department store with a great selection of cosmetics, and people who are trained in their use....for a "makeover".  And "makeovers" and professional advice are good to do with or without hair when we women reach "a certain age."

This is just my opinion. As far as foundation goes, I've learned to not let it end at the jawline. I have a big brush that I use for just done the neck and upper chest with some mineral powder. Make sure you cover a little of your ears also.

You're fair skinned so don't do too much makeup. I like to wear a very small wash of color on my eyelids and a little bit of eyeliner.Show off your skin. Highlighters in a minimal way are wonderful!  I have difficulty with false eyelashes. If you're a lipstick wearer, you can make your own with mixing up a pallette with a bunch of colors or just put on some beautiful color that suits your fair skin.
