Looking for a hair/wig stylist DC or Baltimore

Hi,

I am looking for someone in the DC/Baltimore area who has a good eye, and who understands how to style wigs.  I have an Illusion Fall now, but it's not working so well with my bio hair (which has turned to complete frizz). I'm pretty sure that a full wig is in my near future, so I'd like to line up a stylist who knows how to work with one.  Thanks!  I'm interested in all related info/experiences, actually.  This is a daunting journey.
