Has anyone heard of the imbalance of PH levels causing hair loss? I did some research online and found that high acid levels can cause inflammation. By cutting out high acid foods and eating more high alkaline foods can help balance it. I am starting to juice with raw veggies and I am going to see if anything happens.

Let me know if anyone knows anything about this

Yes I know what you are talking about. Please check our dr Andrew Weil website and see his anti inflammatory food pyramid to see what foods you need to eat to reduce inflammation in the body. I also recommend using Dr Joel furhmans auto immune protocol that you can download from his website. Both these doctors help people manage illness and be in optimum health through diet. They both give the same advice which is scientifically backed up by research. We do need more alkaline food stuffs. Their websites will give you all the info you need. I juice veggies at least once a day, you are on the right track. Good luck and good health

http://www.amazon.com/The-Amazing-Acid-Alkaline-Cookbook/dp/0757003168  I used this book as recipes source and enjoyed book. I followed this routine for a good 6 months.  I didn't regain my hair but I did feel great. I have been drinking green alkaline juice blends for years. You will feel energetic.  Good luck with regrowth!
