i am sorry if this is a stupid question..right now I many patches really big and small, How do you know which Alopecia you have?

Hi Stephanie. Your question isn't stupid....there's no such thing. :D
You can read up on alopecia at www.naaf.org (National Alopecia Areata Foundation) and
probably self-diagnose yourself after reading up on the 3 types of alopecia. From what you
share it sounds like AA (alopecia areata) which "presents itself as round, smooth patches of various sizes."
A dermatologist can confirm a diagnosis too.

Now as to whether you will loose your hair?
One can never really know ` that's what makes life interesting, lol.
Personally I like to visualize kicking alpi's ass.
