Hi all! I lost all my hair last year. Five months ago I went to homeopatic doctor and he changed my diet and gave me some mineral supplements. About 6-7 weeks ago I started noticing a little blonde baby hair. It's white and thin and it grows very slowly. I was just wondering how long it normally takes for it to get normal colour and thikness or is it individual. I just hope it  sticks!

Basically my doc thinks that the cause of my alopecia is food intolerance (wheat, corn, eggs, deep frying oil, coffee..) so I stopped eating those and he put me on a diet. Nuts and friut for breakfast, vegtable soup (made of kale, cabbage, broccolli, onions, celery, paprika), grilled or cooked meat or fish and vegetables with fresh salad for lunch, then again same soup and brown rice with vegetables and salad for dinner. I take multimineral supplements. He has 3 computer like machines so he can see what my body was lacking. I hope this helps.
