Androgeneric alopecia, Pcos ( maybe) just trying to pin a few thinga down

I've been doing research and I believe I have androgenetic alopecia... I did think telogen effluvium at first, but that's usually due to some shocking/traumatic experience... And though my situation isnt the best... The worst time I went through was 2007 so if that was the case..my hair would have fell out then..

I learned that androgentic alopecia is also a hormonal imbalance ...and i remember talking to my aunt about my hair thinning and she said its possibly my horomo es changing, even though I'm 25..

But when I stumbled across that horomal snippet I guess it makes since BC I feel my periods are kinda irregular BC I honestly dont remember my last one.. So I'm gonna try and keep track of my cycle ( sorry for tmi) and I have this lone neck hair that always comes in lol... So maybe my alopecia is homonal...

Speaking of that I guess I experience chronic stress BC I have generalized anxiety and pure -o and that alone can make your hormones fluctuate..

And lastly, I looked at all the types of food necessary for hair growth, zinc and iron..and i find I rarely eat them. Dark leafy greens, nuts, citrus fruits and what not.. But I always thought if your eating, no matter what your hair will just grow..guess not..

And lastly I'm not very active..physically and I read that exercise stimulates blood circulation to the scalp..so..i need to do that too..

So just wonder what directions I need to take ( no I dont want to use rogain or anything like that, I definitely want to try a holistic route ,try to heal my hair inside out)

Thanks for your advice in advanced :)
