Alopecia changing?

Okay so I have had Alopecia Ophiasis for a year now. A couple days ago I just started noticing hair falling out on the front hair line above my forehead. And now I have bald spot on my beard right below my sideburns on my cheek. I really don't know what the heck is going on and I could use some advice. Do I still have Alopecia Ophiasis or did it change to something else?
