Carolina,
I haven't found any yet, but I'm with Mary just make one. I'm going to make a few; one saying "No it isn't Cancer, it is Alopecia" and put the NAAF.org on the back.
You know what, that message is something that I should wear every day. Do you have the same issue that people come up and ask in what kind of chemo your in? I diss like it :(
Also if I am out running and biking, no one under chemo can do that(okey some..)

Tuesday night, my husband and I danced very fast swing dancing for over an hour, in the dance area in front of about 2,000 people at an outdoor concert. We had a blast, and it was quite a work out. Of course, several people asked me about my cancer treatment. As I've posted elsewhere, I danced hard at a folk dance camp in June for a week...every night, dancing for hours, very aerobic stuff. I couldn't believe it, but at the end of the week one guy actually commented how well I seemed to be doing despite being on chemo! I've had people on scuba diving boats assume I have cancer (and diving is pretty strenuous.)
It's just a fact of life that UNTIL there are more of us out there showing people that not every bald woman has cancer, people will continue to make that assumption. It's up to us to change that perception.
I'm thinking of having a T-shirt made that says something like Julia suggests - I'm just concerned about not offending people who DO have cancer.
mary, I to have that concern. I actually just had a friend passway from cancer. I just want people to know that are healthy just bald (or in my case heading that way).

Right, Julia. Let's brainstorm this and come up with some ideas here for T-shirt slogans that could get across the message that we are healthy and don't have cancer, without being insensitive to people who do have cancer (or love someone who does/did have cancer.)
