I recently found an article that described lyme disease as mimicking over 300 different diseases, which alopecia is one of them.

http://lymebook.com/blog/testing-diagnosis/misdiagnosed-diagnosis-m...

I've read reports on here, where a woman and her son (? maybe nephew), was losing his hair, but was cured when treated for lyme disease.  The woman also was treated for lyme disease and tested positive and is now regrowing her hair.

I know I have been bit by ticks, and was bit by a couple right before I started to notice my alopecia.  Maybe this could be cause for a lot of people.  Also I have seen that Cat's Claw can cure people of lyme disease.  Also it is said that one must go to a lyme disease literate doctor to perform the proper test to see if you truly are infected by it.  Also I've read about a lot of people not having the greatest results on their test (they can be inaccurate).  Luckily Cat's Claw is pretty cheap, so if you try it out and it doesn't work, then you might be out of $10 instead of having to pay for a doctor.

So has anyone else here have lyme disease or think that they could?

So does anyone here have lyme disease?  It seems like most people are infected with lyme disease without even knowing.  Like I said lyme can mimic over 300 different diseases, including many autoimmune diseases.  I think this is very interested and can help out many people on here.

Also lyme disease isn't found in just ticks.  Here is a quote for Dr David Williams:

It was previously believed that Lyme disease was only transmitted by ticks. However, reasearchers and doctors I’ve spoken with have now found live spirochetes of Lyme in fleas, mites, and mosquitoes. And although it was first thought the disease couldn’t be transmitted directly from human to human, the live spirochetes have now also been found in blood, urine, tears, semen, breast milk, cord blood, pool water, and vaginal secretions. (There are also some reports of the spirochete being found in cows, possibly affecting our milk supply).

I will be purchasing Cat's Claw soon and will let you guys know how it goes.  It is also said that best kind of cat's claw to get is the one that is "TOA free".  Also if you take cat's claw, you can experience several days of die off, which will cause will make you feel bad or give you a headache, ect.  This is the herx reaction from where these parasites die and release toxins into your system.  So if you take cat's claw and get negative side effects, it is a good sign of it working, so don't be discouraged.
Also this isn't an answer for everyone, but it just might be for some.
